Probuild Constructions & Interiors builds, renovates and fits out homes across east and north Bangalore. Civil construction and interiors are delivered under one contract by one team — which removes the coordination gaps and blame-shifting you get when a homeowner appoints separate civil, electrical and interior contractors.
We are based in the Horamavu–Hennur–Kammanahalli belt, with 200+ projects delivered and 15+ years working across the region.
Srinivas Pushparaj leads civil construction. He has run civil projects for over 45 years, and that experience sets the standard for how every Probuild structure is planned, poured and supervised on site.
Roshan Vinayan handles projects and delivery, with 8–10 years in construction and project management — keeping schedules, materials, vendors and client communication in order from the first site visit to handover.
Every project starts with a site visit, measurements and a clear scope before any commitment. Scope and rates are fixed in a detailed Bill of Quantities, and any change is issued as a written variation approved before the work happens.
On site, work runs under day-to-day supervision with material tracking and vendor coordination, built to a single written specification. Every project closes with a formal punch list and final walkthrough before you take possession.
