We visit your plot, take measurements, and understand your budget and brief before quoting. If you have a structural consultant we build to their drawings; if not, we bring one in and you approve the design before anything is dug.
Structural and architectural drawings, material selections and a detailed Bill of Quantities are locked in before site work. You know the scope, the specification and the sequence up front.
RCC structure, masonry, MEP and finishing are run by one team with day-to-day site supervision, material tracking and vendor coordination — not a contractor you see once a week.
Interior fit-out flows straight on from the civil work under the same contract. Every project closes with a formal snag list and final walkthrough before you take possession.
The full civil build — structure, masonry, flooring, doors and windows, electrical, plumbing, painting and waterproofing — is specified in plain language, with named brands and no hidden allowances.
